WEDDING CENTRAL

There's going to be a June wedding!!!
June 8th...

My friend and next door neighbor
has been very busy.
Her eldest of two daughters is getting married.

She's up to her eyeballs in flower arrangements.

I helped her with these little boxes
filled with candy kisses for the shower.
This is only half of them.

Her basement has become a work in progress.

Lots of silk flowers..Love the colors.
Hydrangeas were the flower of choice for the wedding
but are not blooming this early.
So there will be some silk ones mixed in with
the real flowers.
The way this year is going,
Hydrangeas may very well be available by then.

 Of course, I forget
where most of the arrangements are going.
I think this one is for the fountain.

This is the flower girls basket and headpiece.
The flowers in the background
are for the men's room..
She has thought of everything.

The wedding reception is at an old stone inn
with lots of deep windowsills for decorating.

These will be placed at the bottom of a short set of
stone stairs..one on each side.

This is a box of framed numbers to mark the tables.

A decorated birdcage for monetary gifts.

This bow is for the brides chair.
She has been very busy, but is having fun too.
What ever will she do when it is all over?
??Get ready for the next one??

PS..
There are Hydrangeas available..
To be continued...
