SOMEBODY HAD A BIRTHDAY

A friend of mines Mom is celebrating her 80th birthday this week.
A celebratory dinner was held at The Boiling Springs Tavern.

Before everyone arrived,
I thought I'd QUICKLY grab some pictures.
This is a caffe across the street..I haven't been there.

Boiling Springs is a very picturesque little town full of history.

Behind the Tavern are the "Boiling Springs".

A young girl brought her Lab down for a swim.

Across the street is a wonderful lake..it's cold!!
We used to come here to feed the ducks..
I believe there is a swimming pool behind it.also spring fed.

Happy Birthday Mary!!!
It was great to see you all and spend some time with you.

Thanks Eileen and Scott for including me...

That is a beautiful spot. How cool is it, to have such historic areas to visit. CA's history is with it's missions, rancheros, and the gold rush. Take care.
