We have had a month long celebration here for our 50th Anniversary.
There was something to do everyday even if it was just coffee and doughnuts or an ice cream social.
It culminated on Wednesday with a party.

Not just any party....

Two large tents were set up on the grounds...
Our "Ensemble" and "Combined Chorus" participated.

There was a video shown with testimonials and our history.

Speakers included corporate officers, Pat Vance (Senator), Sheryl Delozier, (PA State representative), and Chuck Rodes, a local TV personality. He used to be the "weather man" and he was/is quite the comedian.

After the program we were treated to amazing food and wine.
I tried to condense my 58 pictures to spare you.
My batteries ran out when I got to the ice sculpture
 and dessert table.
Food was served indoors and out.

The Hors D'oeurves were served on the cutest little plastic plates.
("cute" but probably not "green".)
I can't begin to tell you what it all was..OK, I can begin.
Soushi (tuna), Crab, Sausage in a blanket..the rest you'd recognize.
All were served with the necesary fork or spoon included.
There were 3 shrimp platters like this one..

Three meat carving stations with filet and turkey breast.
Tables  were available for sitting  or also available were small, tall. round tables where four people could stand comfortably.

"Jazz Me" has entertained here and they're great.

The "Bethany Bears" have shown up here and there all month.

Our "anniversary comittee" has worked very hard all year to put this together.
I would like to thank them and everyone else who helped make this
a spectacular event..
After all, you're only 50 once!!
