BLUE BIRDS OF HAPPINESS

I just happened to be at my kitchen window
when this pair of Bluebirds stopped by for a visit.
Lucky Me !!

They stayed long enough for me to get lots of pictures.
Lucky you.

You know how at times like this you take lots of pictures
hoping you'll get just one good one?
Well....

I guess you're just going to have to look at all but three.

Note to self  "Wash your kitchen window."

Aren't they just gorgeous?
They made my day.

That would make my day too! Lovely! I've never seen a bluebird in person (hmm... that would explain a lot!). My dad said we had them around here back in the 60s but no more.

LUCKY YOU . . . Gorgeous!
(Difficult to wash the outside windows in winter! I know, mine need it too!)

That would make my day also! My birdies told me they were out of sunflower seeds. They will have to wait until tomorrow when it light out. I hate this go and come home from work in dark. That soon will end and I can watch birdies all day long, Yippee!

Hi, I agree with all of the above. Fabulous photos. We don't have blue birds or cardinals here. I'd love to see both in person.

Great shots, Missy! I like their blue and peachy pink combination, and the tiny whiskers around their beaks. Bluebirds don't seem to come here, so it's fun to see your close-ups. My windows get dirty too, and my camera tries to focus on the window spots.
