BLOWN AWAY

Along with single digit temps, below zero wind chills,
this weekend did its best to blow me away.

These three houses are all next door to each other..
notice the flag directions..

Fortunately,
we have very little snow.....

Lots of clear blue skies and bright sunshine..
It was two degrees this AM... 13 degrees by Two PM...
This too shall pass.
Hope you stay warm and cozy this week.

Our weekend was very similar, and this week looks to be a challenge with more cold temps. I have an aunt who often says, "This too shall pass." You're both right-- I just wish there weren't so many reasons to say it!

Not the kind of weather I am seeing today - although it is windy!!

The little crabs corkscrew themselves into the sand at the first hint of danger, so no toe damage!

OH- The wind is so crazy lately. We have seen the same thing with the wind apparently causing whorls-blowing this way and that. I am so ready for this winter to end.

I am back blogging and hope I can keep going now. Still coughing but better. xo Diana

Missy, We like to fly our U.S. flag year round...and they take a beating in the winds. It has been super cold lately and predicted for this whole week. I have turned into a sweater girl. LOL. I am wearing sweater or sweatshirts all the time. Bummer. Hope you are staying warm. Bless you, xoxo,Susie

So unusual to see the gusting wind, flying flag, very little snow . . . . when we have been DUMPED days in a row!
I think spring is not far away for you . . .
