There was a birthday at Bee Haven Acres
so I went up to celebrate.
Near the entrance is the duck pond so I stopped to visit.

There appeared to be fewer ducks.
It seems that some are off nesting
 and some Mallards have disappeared.
( Not unusual for springtime I'm told.)

This is the barn from the road..It was a very grey/gray day.

Up near the gardens things were still in a state of winter slumber.

It won't be long before things are planted and sprouting.
With the upcoming wedding there will be a flurry of  activity.

Moonbeam was just hanging out with Red
who was leaning against him rump to rump.

What farm doesn't have a pirate ship??

Up at the house and in to the garage one is greeted by Bobby,
the wannabe house cat,
sleeping under his heat lamp in his little wagon.
He did manage to sneak in to the house behind me.
Bad Bobby!!

Where's the birthday girl??
She was busy working on wedding things.

She has quite a collection of old scales placed here and there
that are cleverly decorated.

Chef piggy...

Scraps for the chickens..
those strawberries looked pretty good to me.

Even though it was a cold, damp day, we had a nice visit.
Happy Birthday !!
