ONE NEVER KNOWS

Good Grief !!
I was in my kitchen the other day, turned around
and saw this thru my living room window.
So glad I was dressed (more or less).

 The week before,
it was the power washers who were power washing the cottages.
I'm not complaining..I'm happy that I don't have to do it.
You just never know what/who
could be lurking outside your windows.

Several days before from my dining room window.
Excuse the quality of the pictures but I had to be quick.

These two have been around for several years and usually
put in an appearance around "cocktail time."
If they are the same two, they are mother and daughter and I have a picture of them under a bush during a snow storm a year ago.
One was considerably smaller then..

Sunrise a week later...

There is always something going on around here..
Tree removal (too much of that)
and in the back on the right a new heating system is going in.

This is for  a new TV cable...

New roof..

This is a very wet area, becoming a lake after a major rain.
They graded it a bit
and put some landscaping timbers across the back..
We'll see

.

I hope it's quiet in your neighborhood today..

Hello Missy, it is nice that all these things are taken care of and you do not have to worry about them. The window washer would have scared me though..I love the cute deer! Have a happy day and new week ahead!

Oh- I would have a mini-heart attack if I was walking through a room and saw someone at the window like that---although I would LOVE to have someone come and do my windows for me. lol
The deer are really cute, aren't they? It is nice that you are kind of "town" and kind of "country", too. Hope you have a great Monday, Missy! xo Diana

I can take the wildlife peeking in the windows, but the human variety would be a bit of a shock :-)

-gigggles- Yes, it's super that it is done, as part of the living there. But!!!!!!!!!!! -giggggles-

Kind of reminds me of window cleaners, on a high rise building... Swinging by on a what-ever-they-use. lol

Good Grief, I'd peed my pants if I saw a man looking in my window. I sure hope you had some sort of warning. Busy neighborhood getting all gussy up for the summer!

That would have been a surprise!! I wonder if that guy has stories to tell!! Ha, ha... Seems like there is always noise around here too-- roofers, tree guys, leaf blowers...

Busy, busy, busy . . . great you have all those worker bees around to "take care of business!"

Seems to be a nice place to live out there.
So sweet creatures outside your window...not the man of course. Well, maybe he is:)

You are so brave enough to see a unknown man through a window doing his work in it. I am not so brave like you.

I can imagine how startled you were to see a man outside the window! Loved the deer pictures. It is a bit noisy on our quiet circle right now - people next door are having a new driveway poured....which means the old one had to be jack hammered to pieces! Will be glad when it's done....as I'm sure the neighbors will be, too!

That would totally startle me to see someone right outside my window! Glad it was a window cleaner and not a window peeper!

Hey Missy, I would not be here if I would have seen that guy out my window! Ekkkk...good grief, I'd be on the floor, out cold! How nice to have your windows done though. Sure like your little visitor! I'm still chuckling over your comment when you saw him!!

Have a great week!
Nancy

I hope they let you know that there would be window washers working on your homes. That sure would startle someone without a heads up.

Reading this again, I must say . . . I would not want to wake up to a human looking into my windows. . . it might be nice if you received a day before notice?????

Not sure if my message took . . .
Wonderful that you have all those caretakers for your home and landscape needs but as I read your post again, not sure if I would want to wake up to a person in my window. I wonder if it would be a good idea to have a "day before warning" that the window washers would be on board!

That is so neat that deer come up to your window like that! They must be getting food and they have a comfort level.
