"MR CHIPS"

Mollie makes downspout rounds looking for chipmunks.
I often hear them skittering around if it's an aluminum downspout.

Just watch those little cheeks fill up with leftovers
from the bird feeders.

 Good grief..
What are those little green things popping up from the tanbark?

Probably from bird seed that's not supposed to propagate !!
I'd better get out there with the rake. Darn.

Love to watch those little chippies skitter with their little tails
sticking straight up in the air.
Just too cute..

"Our" chipmunk lives in my neighbour's downspout. All the seeds I paid good money for all used to block the neighbour's drain :[ I get a few seedlings growing up from the bird seeds too. I put them to good use and transplanted three sunflowers to alongside the fence.

Cute indeed, unless you have fifty of them making holes to burrow under the porch . . .
(Loved seeing the "side cheek pouches" swell right up!)

We had chipmunks at our last home, but don't really see them here for some reason. Funny how wildlife can change so drastically with only a 12 mile move within the same county. Love chipmunks though, they are just the cutest!

Chippies are soooo cute!

Hey, don't you want to see if your get a lovely stand of sunflowers? -giggggles-

Or wouldn't the neighborhood rules, allow a random bunch of sunflowers?

I think they would be cute. And make your place different from the others on the block. :-)

I know! I am such a *trouble-maker*!!! -grin-

We have them too. Never did until a few years ago; other neighbors have said the same thing. Saw one being chased by an overprotective mama robin a few days ago!

Missy, I like to watch chipmunks, but not here. They can be very destructive. We have squirrels cleaning up under the feeders here. Plus doves are very good cleaners. LOL. Mollie makes me smile trying to get into those drain pipes. Blessings to you, xoxo,Susie

What a great little animal! I'll leave it to you to decide which one (or both!) I mean!

Hope there was no hemp seed in bird food or you may have a bit of a police problem!
