Behind my house is a thicket of Forsythia.
Somehow it missed getting whacked so far this year.

Early in the morning or at dusk
there been a lot of baby bunny activity.

These pictures are of three of them..
The last several days I have only seen one at a time.
I've seen a cat nosing around and then
there's the Hawk !!
I don't know how anything makes it around here...It's tough.

The grass was just mowed yesterday
so you can see how little they are.

Cute little ones! We have a bunny that visits each evening. Like you, I wonder how it survives. Hope you and the fur babies have a great day.

Dern cats and hawks! I've had to rescue many a furry creature from our feline's grip. I hate it. The bunnies are adorable! Wish they weren't considered as food for anybody, poor things. :-(

Oh dear, baby bunnies. -sigh-

4 tiny baby bunnies where found, under next door back porch, by dog. She barked, and alerted my son and family. 'Lilly' had to be taken out, on her leash, for a while.

But mother bunnie did not return and 3 died... One bigger one, was taken to a rescue house. But all in all, it was a terrible happening. -sigh-

Silly mother, to have them, exposed. Under a porch, right out for any animal to see. And in a yard, with a dog. Grumble....

Certainly hope you don't have anything like this. But of course, this mother had them, in a thicket, where they are protected!!!!
