OH CHRISTMAS TREE, OH CHRISTMAS TREE

My sister Ann and I were out running errands last week
with no thoughts (that I knew of) of getting a Christmas Tree.

As luck would have it, our travels took us to Lowes
and Home Depot who had both just received a shipment of Christmas trees.

Last year we went to one of the local tree farms.
Ann didn't think she wanted to do that again .
This was so convenient and frankly, a lot less expensive.

Mollie and Jazz are talking things over.

It's in a bucket of water under their carport
until after Thanksgiving.
( I hope).

Wishing you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving.

We bought a tree from Home Depot last year and it was a very nice one. We plan to do the same this year. This is after about 11 years of an artificial tree. That one got so old the plastic needles were falling off. Vacuuming up plastic pine.... Happy Thanksgiving. <---Grateful for real trees.

We got our tree out of 'storage' on the weekend - excitement grows in the kids (and me if the truth be told!)

PS: Can you add a link to your blog in the about section of Google+ as it's not always that easy to get to your blog!! SM
