 Isn't he a happy soul ?

He should be...

This is the second nut/seed block he's gone through
 in as many days.

I won't be investing in any more of those.
The birds never had a chance.

It was a good photo op...

This poor guy tried several to join him but was chased away.
He had to wait until it was on the ground
where they will carry it away never to be seen again.

I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving.
Are you out shopping to burn off all those calories?

Hello, those squirrels are piggies. I would cringe seeing them eat all the food I put out for the birds. We have a little shopping to do today, not much. I hope you and yours had a very Happy Thanksgiving. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!

He probably thought you put it there just for him! They really are little piggies. We're doing big Thanksgiving today. Thankful for all the help, as I am not feeling great today.

Those little varmits! Ha! ha! Squirrels always eat our bird food too. Poor birds! No shopping for us today. I don't like the crowds.

What's a nut block or two between friends!?

Really hope that we can get some good views of squirrels in the next year or so - really want to take some pictures.

There is a difference between a beak and a bill - but I dont know what it is!!

Hello Missy, It is a happy cute squirrel. Great photos.

We put out bird seed a couple years ago and quickly gave that up. The birds would toss half the seed on the ground where our chickens would happily snack away. It got to be too expensive and I shut it down. Let the wild birds eat the chicken feed.
